Physical
We control approved Customer Personnel access to the Data Center in a variety of ways. To get into the vicinity of the Data Center, an access card must be used. To get into the actual Colocation Vault, you must provide a numeric pass code and matching hand scan. (Biometric hand scanners eliminate the risk of unauthorized access due to stolen/lost key cards.) Inside the Colocation Vault, as well as at all of the entrances, cameras record all instances of access to the Data Center and allow us to observe all activity within the center.
Network
Voonami's private network and firewalls are continuously monitored 24x7. We check all logs on a regular basis and have implemented cutting-edge technology to protect against unauthorized network intrusions and denial of service attacks.
Customer personnel
The single point of contact from the Customer must authorize any personnel needing access to the Data Center. Customer-authorized personnel must fill out an Access Card Agreement with Voonami before we will issue an electronic access card. The entrance to the Data Center and the Colocation Vault are secure at all times.
